Candice Soutas Design is an exclusive custom design company specializing in one of a kind bridal gowns, evening wear, and gala/social event gowns. All of our dresses are 100% custom and hand crafted in California USA. Our designer will work directly with you to design a one of a kind custom creation. Our goal is to make you more beautiful through well fitted gowns that fit not only your body, but also your personality!
All of our gowns start in the designer's sketch book, however she always keeps her individual client's tastes in mind. The price of each gown includes; the full design process, fabric and trimming sourcing, a moulage, full pattern, muslin mockups, multiple fittings, minor design adjustments, final completion of the dress, and if needed help with dressing on the big day. Our wedding gowns cost between $4,000- $12,000 and require anywhere from 2 to 6 months to completion, dependent on the design chosen. Our evening and gala gowns cost between $1,500- $3,500 and require 1 to 4 months for completion. Candice grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area with a lifelong passion for fashion and design. Starting at a young age, Candice has over twenty-five years of fashion and design experience beginning with experimenting with doll's clothing then moving on to her own. Eventually Candice had the opportunity to formally study fashion and design, and she complete her Bachelors of Science in Apparel Design and Merchandising with an emphasis in Design, graduating summa cum laude May 2009. Candice's studies furthered her understanding of pattern cutting, design principles, and the world wide fashion industry.
Candice started her custom design company in 2012, when she realized that her unique skill set could help make many woman look and feel more beautiful with well fitted clothing that was designed with their individual body in mind. Candice decided to focus on bridal and evening/gala wear, because she feels that it gives her more opportunities for creativity with her designs! |
